A CNA aspirant must meet the following requisites before applying for a Nurse Aide Program program in Illinois.

• Federal Pell Grant Carl Sandburg College offers this grant. This federal grant is meant for those undergraduate aspirants who have not obtained their first bachelor’s degree. Your Pell Grant eligibility is determined through Expected Family Contribution (EFC) which is produced on the basis of data provided by you on FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). The number of semesters attended by you and your enrollment level also decides the amount of this grant.Note – You will not be entitled to get Pell Grant for your Summer semester, in case, you are registered for 12 or more credit hours (full-time) during both the Fall and Spring semesters.

• The CCC CNA ScholarshipThe scholarship program was established to assist candidates pursue high demand career by providing free of cost program.
