The Georgia DCH set the standards for nurse aide programs that must be followed by every program institute. So, before you apply for the CNA course, meet the following requirements:

  Chattahoochee Technical College offers AT&T Scholarship Award to all the potential candidates. S/he should meet the below mentioned requirements before applying for this award:

  • Have finished one year of college.
  • Submit a reference letter.

• Past Presidents’ Parley – State Nursing School Scholarships
  The scholarship is awarded to the descendants of wartime veterans who are pursuing a career in the nursing field. Amount and number of awards may vary every year. In order to qualify for the scholarship, the candidate should submit the application by the deadline. Moreover s/he should be sponsored by the local Chapter of the American Legion Auxiliary. A copy of high school grades and four letters of recommendation must be submitted. Besides, students ought to show the need of scholarship and explain the reason for becoming a nurse.

• Georgia Nurses Association and Foundation
  The Georgia Nurses Association and Foundation awards two scholarships named as Annie Lou Overton and Katherine Pope to encourage qualified nursing applicants by offering financial aid. Eligible student is awarded $500 annually in the odd years. Aspirants should meet the following criteria:

• Grants for Military Wives
